Some progressives are hoping Hurricane Irma will bring nothing but destruction to President Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach as the storm continues to barrel toward Florida. Irma wreckage, in or around it, will likely devalue the property, which already cut its asking price by 40 percent this summer.

The historic estate is threatened by storm surge.
