Ceridian Awarded 2018 Employees' Choice Awards by Glassdoor

Facebook has topped the list of Glassdoor's 10th annual list of the 100 Best Places to Work in the United States. That means it beat out companies like Google (No. 5), Lululemon (No. 6), and Microsoft (No. 39). Startups list, which identifies the top companies that have grown rapidly and become desirable talent magnets, attracting an outsized volume of job-hunters' interest.

Glassdoor has announced that this year's best place to work - based on anonymous employee reviews - is Facebook. "We see upwards of 2,500 applicants a month interested in a career with us, and most of our millennial candidates research our culture and workplace extensively before ever making contact", explained Rice.

When reviewing a company, employees are asked for an overall rating as well as feedback on career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and management, senior values, work-life balance, and whether they'd recommend the employer to a friend.

Boston Scientific was ranked the 35th best place to work by employees, while Forrester and Kronos Incorporated came in at number 36 and number 63, respectively.
