See 'Get Out' for free on Presidents Day in select AMC theaters

Variety's Creative Impact Awards and 10 Directors to Watch Brunch Red Carpet at the 29th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival

Universal Pictures and Jordan Peele are thanking fans for their support over the past year by teaming with AMC Theatres for special free screenings of Get Out on Presidents' Day this month, February 19.

However, if you haven't gotten a chance to see what everyone has been talking about, then you might want to take advantage of the free screenings that AMC will be having this coming Presidents' Day.

An offer is on table on behalf of Universal Pictures and writer/director Jordan Peele to see Get Out on the big screen for a free one-day-only sceening on President's Day, February 19. Each guest who requests a ticket on the day of the screening, at the participating location, will be given one free admission to the 7:00pm showing until the theater has hit capacity. "The success of his stunning vision would not have been possible without the audience's passion for both "Get Out's" groundbreaking storytelling and its deft use of art as society's mirror".

The comedic actor turned serious director with 2017's acclaimed Get Out, the psychological horror-thriller about being black in America that has garnered Golden Globe and Oscar nominations. You'll also need to bring some photo ID with you, and you'll be limited to one ticket per person (which means each member of your group will need to be present to get in).

The Feb. 19 freebie comes nearly exactly a year after the movie was first released.
