After nearly two hours of performances from a string of celebrities, including Australia's Kylie Minogue, the heir to the British throne joined the Queen on stage to wish her a happy birthday.

Naturally, the audience was very obliging and have The Queen three cheers to mark the occasion of her birthday.

During the concert, Harry took the stage to wish his mum a Happy Birthday: "Tonight we are celebrating the Queen's Birthday, but, Your Majesty, if you do not mind me saying, you are not someone who is easy to buy gifts for".

Charles got an enthusiastic response when he introduced her as: "Your majesty, mummy".

He said: 'I have a feeling that in 1948, when you were 22, you didn't somehow expect that at the age of your 92nd birthday, to find your son in his 70th year'.

The Queen's husband, Prince Philip, was also missing.

At the concert's venue at Royal Albert Hall, you can see Markle standing beside Harry in the same box as the 92-year-old monarch and the rest of the royal family.

Normally the Queen celebrates her real, April 21, birthday with an intimate family gathering.

The concert comes at the end of a week in which leaders and dignitaries from 53 countries across the world, including Jamaica, were in London for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. Prince Harry is expected to lead tributes to his grandmother in his new role as president of The Queen's Commonwealth Trust.

Special gun salutes were staged close to London's iconic Tower Bridge and in Hyde Park to mark Queen Elizabeth II's 92nd birthday.

The queen is head of the Commonwealth.

Today honored the actual day of her birth, and a separate celebration in the summer is slated as a public party for her "official birthday" when she takes part in the Trooping the Color military parade in London.

However, her official birthday is on the second Saturday of June.
