The former Chelsea and Real Madrid boss will be heading to the Asian tournament in high spirit after receiving his £15m compensation from Manchester United following his sack last month.

Who would not like to have Mourinho?

He has previously rejoined a former club as he did with his two spells at Chelsea and is seeing similar moves discussed when it comes to possible openings at Real Madrid and Inter .

The good news is that Jose Mourinho will be kept in curried quail eggs, fine Egyptian silks and After Eights for the time being having already received his full severance pay-out from Manchester United. However, the 55-year-old has insisted that it is not his style to complain about his former clubs after his leaves.

Jose Mourinho has spoken on what the future holds for him following his recent sacking from Manchester United and refused to rule out a return to Inter.

However, Mourinho's replacement at Old Trafford Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has gone on to win all his five matches in charge, netting times in the process.

DEADLINE DAY is fast-approaching as Manchester United continue to be linked with several big names.

"But I think I can say today that I have no intention of going back to work in Portugal", he said.

Mourinho began his coaching career at Benfica in 2000 but was only in charge of nine games. "When you leave a club, you do not wash dirty clothes, when you leave a club, you do not seek to, at least publicly, do any kind of criticism, it's an ended chapter and that's how I have always done it".

"The other thing I have learned is to respect the clubs who want me and those who don't want me".

The Portuguese has made a decision to take one job as a pundit for beIN Sports on the Arseanl versus Chelsea match on January 19.
